I tell you some compliments for man and for woman.: Eres muy guapo/ eres muy guapa ; Esa chica es maravillosa / ese chico es maravilloso ; eres una persona muy atractiva;  es un hombre muy apuesto/ es una mujer muy hermosa. Hoy estás guapísima / hoy estás guapísimo.

For her could be " te ves hermosa" "Luces encantadora" "Qué linda estas hoy" 
For him you can use the word "Guapo"  
You also could use the word "Atractivo" o "Atractiva" but this is more to be used in a pick up line and the same for "Sexy" but this last is spicer
