自分が食べ物を作る時に、全部を使わずに、小さい箱に冷凍されておくこと を日本語でなんといいますか。
英語で、Make portionsというと思いますが、よく分かりません。

小分け（こわけ）にして冷凍（または冷凍保存）する、と言うかな。
入れ物がはっきりしているなら、例えば、タッパー（tapperware）に入れて保存する、とか。
