أصيبت ذراعي برضوض بعد أن سقطت على الأرض = eg - " my arm is bruised after i fell on the ground"
or you can tell : رُضَّتْ ذراعي بعد أن سقطت على الارض = eg - " my arm is bruised after i fell on the ground"

رضَّ لي ذراعي بضربه لي = "he bruised my arm by punching me"
-------------------------------
bruised = رُضَّت - رضَّ

in addition :
bruise(noun) = كدمة
Plural = كدمات
my arm is bruised after i fell on the ground = أصيبت ذراعي بكدمات بعد أن سقطت على الأرض
كدمة و رضّة
are both same for word ( Bruise ) .
