(Hi Sir,) 저는 저번 학기에 교수님 수업을 들었던 학생입니다 (I am the student who attended your class in last semester.) 몸이 안좋으시다고 들었는데 요즘은 어떠신가요? (I heard you had some health issue and how are you feeling thesedays?) 교수님 수업은 정말 많은 도움이 됩니다. (Your class really helps a lot.) 그러니까 이번 학기에도 교수님 수업을 들을수 있으면 좋겠습니다. (Indeed I hope I can attend your class in this semester as well.) 쾌차하시고 몸건강하세요! (Get better and stay healthy!) 이수진 올림 (Sent from 이수진) or can be translated as (Sincerely sent from 이수진). I am not 100% sure about what 'Sincerely' may be translated in Korean here. But assuming it is used to show that the sender respects the receiver, I would say Korean uses '~올림' to show his/her respect to the receiver. You can also add '존경하는 교수님께'(=To the professor who I respect) before saying '~올림'(=Sent from~). In this way, you are clearly telling him you respect him. Hope it helps.
