La fotrma /dove e`/ e` corretta, ma introduce un po` di enfasi.
Esempi:
- Dove e` che sei stato fino alle tre del mattino?
- Ma qui non parlano piu` italiano! Dove e` che siamo arrivati?

But here people don't speak Italian any more!
