Even in the English language the meaning of this term is debated on but any professional "Card Manipulator" will probably tell you it is a style of card magic performed on stage such that it is flourishy. Special thin cards are used for Card Manipulation. Some famous Card Manipulators are Cardini, Jeff McBride, Jeff Sheridan and more recently Lee Ang Hsuan (李昂轩), Yuho Jin (South Korea), An Ha Lim (South Korea) and Eduardo Galeano.
