the meaning of "fighting"
I really want to know that the meaning of "fighting" can be "come on" "cheer up" or not? Or it means hot somebody or have fight with somebody?

As a single comment, "fighting" means fighting. It actually doesn't make sense to say this to a person who is unhappy, for example.
You may have confused this with the Korean expression 화 이팅 (hwaiting), which has the meaning you're asking about, and comes from a misunderstanding of the English word "fighting".
