I would find a few people on Italki who you think would be helpful and follow them. If they follow you back you can try to start writing messages back and forth and maybe that will develop into Skype calls. It won't happen with everyone so be patient. It takes a lot of time to have a Skype relationship, so don't forget someone will be doing you a large favor.
