side and aspect things are proceeding/going/working out towards a positive side/aspect. my quesions are: (1) is this sentence natural?(2) are those alternative words equal?

Technically it can be correct but it feels clumsy. Side sounds a little better than aspect, but I think there are better choices. I would use the word "outcome" instead of side or aspect, as they may not really fit the destination that the beginning of the sentence implies.
