bargain Hi I ´ve heard a word pronounced sort of " S T iiii L " which seems to be a synonym of a very cheap thing. COuld anyone spell it for me , please? I think it is American. Thnk you

There is a phrase, "steal of a deal." It means that the price is very cheap--almost like stealing the thing.
