Putting together this question and your previous one about 'Meatball it up', I think this is something to do with popular family films. 'Home Alone' is a series of comedy films about the adventures of a small boy whose parents accidentally leave him at home over the holidays. 'Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs' and its sequel are also comedy films. The phrase 'xx .. it up' means to improve by injecting certain elements. For example, if a film-maker is told to 'Home Alone it up', he is being encouraged to improve his own film - or make it more appealing to audiences - by introducing features of the Home Alone films. The expression is based on numerous others such as 'liven it up' (make it more lively), 'jazz it up', 'spice it up' and so on. English is a wonderfully flexible language.

I have never heard this expression, it may be American slang. Generally speaking where an action includes "up" it means to have a good time: consider: Live it up However I am sure that your expression is not correct English, it just doesnt sound right. If it has a meaning it would mean "have a great time home alone" or "you have no one else in the house so have a great time" Joseph
