It's "English fluency", and you don't have to be good memorizing vocabulary to learn a new language. That's what this website is for, you can talk to native speakers and learn by immersion. :)

Set an easy vocabulary goal for yourself, maybe five words per day. Vocabulary is an essential part of learning any language to fluency, but you can at least sound fluent if you practice pronunciation and conversation often.
