The first and third sentences are natural informal speech (correct English would be 'What's a good time for you?' but the second sentence sounds stiff and a bit strange. In the context, 'appropriate' isn't really the right word. 'What time is convenient for you?' or 'What time would suit you?' would be better.

All three sentences are natural. The third one sounds informal, but again, it's natural.
