How do you say 'What about you?' or 'How about you?'
I was reviewing how to ask questions in Japanese and became curious.

When Introducing yourself in English, when someone asks you a question like 'So, what do you do as a job?' and you want to know what the person asking does as a job as well, you would say 'What about you?' after replying to the question.

Can you do this in Japanese? If so how do I say it?

If Kanji is used can I please have it as well, pretty please?

おしごとは　なにを　してらっしゃるんですか？
oshigoto ha nani wo site rassharun desuka?

or simply あなたは？Anata wa, but this is not so polite so you should better say

Hananichi さんは san wa?

if there name was john for say you'll say john san wa?

'What about you?' 
"それで、あなたは何をされていますか？" is more natural.
"それで、あなたは何を？" is good, too.
"それで、あなたのお仕事は？" is good, too. 
"ところで、あなたはどんなお仕事を？" is good, too.
"ところで、あなたはついてはいかがですか？" is good, too.
