느끼하다 is also used a lot for people, especially insincere, wannabe player type guys. There's no perfect English word for it. It's meaning is somewhere between "corny" and "sleazy"
Ex.
저 남자가 너무 느끼해
"That guy is kinda creepy"

Chinese food is too greasy[oily].
