This is a huge job for anyone, Hristina. There are numerous online dictionaries which would do a better job of giving simple definitions than we would. If you have some more specific queries on the meaning or usage of particular words, I, and probably others too, will try to help.

To understand this more easily, it is better to move beyond the realm of "virtues" and into the realm of general identities.
#1 Consider any dichotomy (pairing of opposites).
White / Black
Hot / Cold
Good / Evil
These are the Extremes. Now find the Middle or "Mean Value".
Those would be GRAY, WARM, and INDIFFERENT
These express the basics of Aristotle's Three Laws of Logic which are
The Law of Identity, The Law of Non-Contradiction, The Law of the Excluded Middle (Mean)
