Even is not generally at the end of a sentence. You typically see it at the beginning. Even I like ice cream, and I am a picky eater. Also and too are interchangeable. You like ice cream? I like ice cream too. I like ice cream also (this sounds a little less natural).

Even is a difficult word to describe, as it has many uses. But it can be used as a comparison or situational verb (or it can be used as an adjective). Eg: "Even if this happens I will do this". Also and Too are used for additions in sentences: "I will do this too" or "I will do this also". So those two essentially have no difference, it depends on the sentence, which sounds better.
