As a Chinese, how can I think in English? I am an English learner from China. When I practice my oral English,I usually think in Chinese first, then translate the sentence into English. This is called Chinglish usually. Then how can I try to be spontaneous and fluid no translating in my head? How can I try to think in English?

I am from Ukraine. I have been learning English since I was a child. As for me, the only way to think in English is practice. The more you talking in "Chinglish", the faster it would transform in English. Firstly your translations became faster, then some sentences will appear independently. But you would think in Chinese all your life, because it is your native language. And that is not a problem, it could even be a benefit in some cases))))

Practice putting English sentences together in your head. Get a feeling for which word or phrase should come next. That way, you're using English words and grammar (not translating!) and, effectively, thinking in English.

足够的熟练和充分的练习,建议您注册先学英文电影,把里面句子全背了,然后找语言伙伴啊,多说多看,足够好了注册推特脸书 ,环境可以改变你的思维。 感觉这个网站中国人居多,学中文的外国人少,所以你在上面发问题可能没人回答π_π还得靠自己……
