HI;) In my case my ability of other languages improved by not only listening songs but also singing them by my self. Then I could learn rhythm, tone, how to breathe the languages. So I think listening music is one way for learning natural japanese, moreover as you say you like it, it could be a good one for you;)
And you can find anyone that help you here on italki! Enjoy your learning! Cheers;)

1- Is this a good way to improve my Japanese ?
Yes, and no. It can improve your ability at listening and reading songs, but if you are looking to speak natural Japanese might not be that helpful. Also, I would not recommend focusing on learning Japanese from only music, but rather use a variety of resources. That way you get a feel for how the looks and sounds.
2- how much is my chance to find someone to help me?! and where can i found someone?
If you are only going study from music the chances of finding someone to help will be much slimmer than if you are studying to speak everyday Japansese. As for where to find the person, you are going to have to look and it helps it find people that have common interests.
Best of Luck,

I'd like to tell you one thing in advance that what I'll write is only my opinion. There are many ways to think about these things.
1- is this a good way to improve my Japanese ?
--> I don't know, because everyone has her/his own way of learning. However, it depends on the songs. The sentences of some of the songs don't make sense, use the rude words, also the lyrics don't tell you the whole sentences, omit words, etc. Besides, sometimes there are many ways of understanding so there is huge possibility that each person has her/his translation. So, I'd like to recommend you to learn with this way after you know the basic grammar and words.
2- how much is my chance to find someone to help me?! and where can i found someone?
--> Either I don't know. Actually, I have tried some times to help in this way but it was really hard for me with my English and I don't want to do that again with the beginners. Even the advanced learners, I don't want to do that depending on the songs they choose.
Again, these opinions are only mine.
Good luck for your Japanese!
