I am trying to learn how to express desires and such. I would like to learn to say to someone
"I should"
"you should"
like for example "I should go to bed"
"you should learn Japanese"
also "will you"
for example "will you help me"
"will you help me learn"

"Should" は "〜するべき" "〜した方がいい"
という意味があります。
I should は "私は〜しなくてはいけない" "私は〜するべき"
You should は "〜するべきです" "〜した方がいいよ"
と日本語でいうことがおおいです。
I should go to bed. 私は寝た方がいい。
You should learn Japanese. あなたは日本語を勉強するべきです。
"Will you " は " 〜してくれませんか？"
Will you help me? 手伝ってくれませんか？
