I don't get the meaning of this sentence

Ah, the quote of the Poneglyphs.
It is written in Old English, but it means.
"Keep your motives strong, but don't talk about them,"
This is probably because the inscriptions on the Poneglyph are a secret to the World Government.
"We are those who will weave history."
Basically translates to.
"We can change the world."
