How to improve the English spoken skill effectively?
I'm from China,and my last work is a German compony,my boss also a German,so we have to communicate with him in English at least.But i found i just know some simple words,and just said simple daily language,most time i can't under stand what he said,so I had less opportunity to improve my work.Now ,I decide to study English hard,from recite the words?or some oher effectively way?it will be better improve my English spoken skill ,because I will pursuit a better foreign company.

The best way to go about improving your spoken English skill depends on you.

If you prefer to talk to people, do that.

If you prefer to do it alone by studying, the best way is to say EVERYTHING. 
Practice pronouncing every word that you read, and if you are not sure on how to say a word, then search it on the internet. There are many websites which you can search an English word and it will say it for you.
