Is this sentence correct?
"Saya masih merasa sulit membuat kalimat dalam bahasa Indonesia."
By the way, bagaimana mengucapkan "Is this sentence correct?" dalam bahasa Indonesia?

Technically, your sentence is fine, but it sounds stilted to the average Indonesian speaker. A better phrasing would be:
"Bagi saya, membuat kalimat dalam bahasa Indonesia masih sulit"
As for your latter query, it would be:
"Apa kalimat ini benar?" Or "Kalimat ini benar, tidak?"
