In KTX ticket, there are '운행 요금', '영수액' with the same price (24,000won). So what does 운행 요금', '영수액 mean?

The KTX ticket is regarded as a receipt.
운행 요금 means "transport fare"
영수액 means "amounts received"

운행 요금 = service fee (simply the transportation fee itself)
영수액 = price charged (the total price you have to pay)
