Which of these translations using the verb féach ar is correct, if any? If not, then what is the correct translation?

1. Cá huair a fhéach sé ar an scannán?
2. Cá huair a d'fhéach sé ar an scannán?

Isn't #1 correct? I forget whether the d' is dropped in direct relative clauses or whether they are retained. Hmmm.

Also, how do you ask this using the verb amharc ar instead?

With "amharc":
Cá huair a d'amharc sé ar an scannán?
Cén t-am ar amharc sé ar an scannán?
