Look over and go over. Are these sentences correct?
I am going to go over these dance steps again because I want to learn this dance perfectly.
As I looking over my messages I found a spam.

The first sentence is correct.
The second one needs "was" before "looking". "through" is better than "over". "spam" is uncountable. So, I would write:
"As I was looking through my messages, I found some spam."
