فإني فـ = then اِنَّ = to emphasize ـي = the attached personal pronoun I So, the translation will be "Then I (surely) am"

It means "Therefore I'm/I'll" But I think the sentence has some mistakes ولكن ان لم تكف كل تلك الاعذار،فانى ارغب فى تقديم هذا الكتاب لهذا الطفل الذى سيصبح رجلا يوما ما ( فى يوم من الايام ( And I didn't understand the meaning of the second half sorry ..... Is it from a book ??
