I don't think so. Your example sentence could be change to something like 'She is not a good teacher', but that is not quite the same. Because somebody might have good teaching skills, but not be using those skills, so therefore 'not a good teacher'. You might change the words for something like 'pedagogical abilities', but normally that would only be used in a technical or professional context.

A lot of native speakers wouldn't know the meaning of 'didactics' or 'pedagogy'. As Chris said, they're used in academic contexts and they're used to talk about the theory behind teaching and good education practice. They're not everyday vocabulary. Stick with 'teaching skills!'
