How can I describe this? What is the proper expression here?
When I draw something with a pencil the surface become glossy on some parts thanks to the grease on my fingers.
Are they glossy smears?

I would more likely describe them as greasy smears - as they come from the oils in your skin, and if you try and draw over those areas, usually they resist the pen/pencil marks. It depends on what you want to say - 'glossy' focusses on how they look; greasy focusses on their characteristics.
