In Spanish we use verb "tener" (to have) to express the age, hence the question in these cases is:
¿Cuántos años tienes? (lit. 'how many years do you have?')
Two alternative ways to ask the age can be:
¿Qué edad tienes? (lit. 'what age do you have?')
¿Cuál es tu edad? (what's your age?)

I add to the Miguel's answer:
In many southamerican countries like Argentina or Uruguay the sentence "¿Que edad tienes?" is correct, but formal. We usually say "¿Cuántos años tienes/tenés?". (lit. 'How many years do you have?').

en vez de años también se puede decir "tacos". años=tacos.
