What is the meaning of this idiom: "You give yourself a stroke"? Please give me some examples...

It means to make yourself very angry, or get very upset. The idea being that if you get angry your blood pressure will go up increasing the chance of a stroke. A stroke occurs when a flood clot in your body gets loose and goes to your brain, cutting off the blood supply and causing severe brain damage. " Calm down, you'll give yourself a stroke!"
