I don't really think "a sunshine girl" makes sense, can you give some context? Usually when you describe a noun, in this case "girl", you use an adjective (a describing word) before it. For example, "a happy girl", or "a sunny day". Both the words "sunshine" and "girl" are nouns, so the word "sunshine" doesn't make sense describing the girl. Hope that helps!
