”很难找工作“和”找工作很难“表示相同的意思，但是侧重点不同。
前者强调“很难”，后者强调“找工作”。
另外，“很难找工作” 这一表达比较口语化，因为这是个形容词+动词的组合，严格来讲语法上不太对。所以一般找工作很难这一表达比较常见。
Translation:
Not any more, getting/finding a job is difficult.
Not any more, it is difficult to get/find a job now.
Actually, I will not use the former version. "It is + adj." pattern is more natural in English.

我觉得找工作很难和很难找到工作是一个意思，如果非要说不同的地方，那应该是“找工作很难”和”很难找到工作“属于倒装语句吧。前者强调”找“这个动词，后者强调“难”，一个强调过程，一个强调结果。

not anymore,to get jobs very hard
