shipo => in Korean 싶어 and means 'like to' in english.
bakke => in Korean 밖에 and means 'outside' in english. "outside the house" is "집밖에" in Korean
and it also means that the amount of something or the quantity of something are fewer or short than one's expect. In case on expect to recieve 10 dollars as pocket money and he receive just 5 dollars, he says that he recieve "just 5 dollars". In Korean, "5 dollar 밖에"
