Devillish and devillishly
I was watching Once Upon A Time and captain hook said he thinks he is devillishly handsome
I look up the dictionary, it says devillish means evil/morally bad /morally bad but in an attractive way. And devilishly means extremely.
I would like to know when it's used as an adverb, does it still carry that sense of bad moral and attractiveness?

The meanings of both words are related. "devilishly" means in a "devilish" way. The common usages are in relation to hard/difficult or enticing/tempting.
In my experience, "devilishly" is used more often e.g. "The cream cakes were devilishly good." They looked and tasted so good that I couldn't resist the temptation to eat them.
There are some good examples of "devilishly hard / difficult" here : http://fraze.it/n_search.jsp?q=devilishly&l=0
