I do not know if they are good to learn but they are quite popular:
Stromberg (similiar to the office)
Berlin Berlin (not Berlin Tag und Nacht)
Doctor's Diary - Männer sind die beste Medizin
I would suggest you watch something that you enjoy, I watched a russian series, did not understand all but enjoyed it all the time.
