多分、
「自分でも思う」 means "I think myself (as something) too”.
「自分で思う」 means “I think myself (as something)”
僕は日本語の先生ではないので、詳しくないですが、
「自分で」に「も」をつけた文章なんじゃないかなぁ。

はい、ありますよ。
誰"でも" = whoever
どこ"でも" = wherever
