A) Respect every woman even if she is a prostitute.
B) Respect every woman even if they are prostitutes.
Which one is right? Explain please. Write down your answer if above are wrong.

both would be correct, if you are talking about a single person, then she is right. if talking in general about women the they would be correct.

Since it's imperative, I'd say you're missing a dot between ''Respect every woman'' and ''even if they are prostitutes.'' like that ---- Respect every woman. Even if they are prostitutes.
Otherwise you could consider adding ''You should'' at the start of your sentence.
A) is correct if you're talking about 1 woman as an example
B) is as a generalisation
