"since without" When do we use this unnaturally strange phrase? Is it used only in a complex sentence? Is it possible to avoid it and put something instead of it? Thank you for sharing your wisdom!

I think we need a little more context, however, I did search "since without" on google and I only got this sentence: "Since Without Thee We Do No Good" which is a line from hymns from the bible. So "since without" may have been more common in the past. Although I think people still say it these days to replace the words "because without". For example, someone can say "I need to take a university level course SINCE WITHOUT it, I can't get into university".
