Are these adjective endings correct?
Nominative masculine:
ein schwarzer Anzug
ein blauer Regenschirm
der schwarze Anzug ist zu klein (should this be schwarzer?)
Accusative neuter:
ich habe zwei schwarze Bücher (should this be schwarzen?)
ich habe die schwarzen Bücher

Everything ok. (In your accusative example the gender is irrelevant because of the plural.)
