Dear Friends,
i remembered i asked a question about the way how to use مورد ,because it seems being widely used,but i didn't get it even with many helpful friends' answers.
so this time, what does this phrase مورد نظر mean?

When you select something in your head you decided about it for example :
مار تا دوست مورد نظر من است. Marta is my close/select/ friend.

My dear friend, " Morede Nazar " ( مورد نظر( it means--> a certain and a particular idea about sth .
For example : javabe morede nazar ---> the particular answer ( for a question for example)
Range morede nazar ----> the particular colour ( that you have in your mind)

For example :
فرد مورد نظراو برای ازدواج =the person he intends to marry
کتاب مورد نظرم را پیدا نکردم = I could not find the book I had in mind

Its meaning depends on nearby words. see, when you have sth in your mind, you say: مورد ِ نظر ِ من
For example, look:
پدر: سلام ، فرد ِ مورد ِ نظر ِ تو براي ازدواج اهل كجاست؟
پسر: او اهل اصفهان است
Dad: From where is the person in your mind for marriage?
Son: She is from Esfahan.
