Can you help me? How can I improve my listening in English, if when I hear a song or watch a movie, both in English, I don't understand anything? :/

My biggest recommendation is to continue hearing it spoken. Songs and movies may be a bit fast paced to start (I honestly have to listen to most songs more than once to clearly hear the lyrics). Try speaking with someone over skype or over the phone. Ask them to speak clearly and slowly initially and as you feel more comfortable, have them speak faster and more naturally. You can also find many videos on YouTube that you can pause, rewind and listen to over and over which will help with your comprehension. Pick simple videos or radio broadcasts at first. You can also do this with any movie you like! You just need to have the patience to look up the meaning of words you don't know. Of course, the best thing you can do for comprehension is simply speaking the language yourself. The more you force yourself to speak in English (and I mean speak, not type) the more you will be able to listen to English comfortably. And the same strategy you use to practice listening you can use for speaking. Have someone listen to you speak in person, over the phone or over skype. You can also record yourself saying the same phrase you hear in a video on youtube and then compare the audio to see where you need to improve. Hope this helps and good luck!
