In this company, I was not only equipped with how to translate, but also knew the importance of practical ability (such as how to satisfy the customer and how to find specified translators in limited time). The translators there also helped me improve my English and French level, and introduced some English and French websites or software to me.

I'd just change "tel" to "telle" ("pratique" is female!) and "temps limite" to "peux de temps" ("limited" means it has a limit SO it's not long, not that you've been given a defined time to find a translator, isn't it?).
The clemecho's one is a pretty good translation however! :)

dear aimer_love! because i learn languages by myself,i know how it's difficult to find good material for learning them!i don' t understand if it's really those words that you want translate!so i do it!
dans cette compagnie,je n'étais pas seulement équipé de quoi traduire,mais je connaissais aussi l'importance d'une réelle pratique(tel que comment satisfaire le client et comment trouver les traducteurs  précis en un temps limite).les traducteurs là aussi m'ont aidé à améliorer mon niveau de français et d'anglais,et m'ont présenté quelques sites web où logiciels français et anglais.
