‘什么样（的）‘和’怎么样（的）‘有什么区别？
’什么样‘的意思跟’怎么样‘的意思一样还是有区别？

Oscar is right~ But I found that sometimes 什么样（的） and 怎么样（的） have similar meaning, which refer to "what kind of ..." . E.g.
你老公是一个什么样的人？ and 你老公是一个怎么样的人？
What kind of person is your husband?

"什么样(的)" is more like "What" (what kind?; what sort?)
Example: 他长什么样？ means “”What does he look like?“” Or 你想成为什么样的人 means “”What kind of person do you want to be?“”
"怎么样" is more like "How"(how about?)
Example: 最近怎么样？ means "How have you been?" OR 生活怎么样？means "How is life?"
