Mi español es mal VS mi español es malo ?
Which one is correct? or could I say 'Mi espanol no es bueno' ?

The adjective "malo" drops the "o" when it precedes a masculine singular noun.  "Mal chico"  "Mal perro".
It keeps its form "malo" when it follows the noun:  "Un chico malo"  "Un perro malo"
Therefore, you would not use "mal" in a sentence such as:  "Mi español es..." Use its complete form.
