"Repugnant" is an adjective that you would use to describe something that is unpleasant. So you wouldn't say "I am repugnant towards..."
Correct versions:
"Spicy food is repugnant to me."
"I find spicy food repugnant."

Hello Neely . Although, I'm not a native English speaker, but I guess nothing's wrong in answering to you. :)
Do you mean here in your sentence that you don't like or distasteful spicy food?
I guess it would be better if you write it like this: I am repugnant on spicy food.
I hope I did answered it correctly. :)
