Have you had your dinner vs Did you have your dinner?
If I mean today's dinner should I ask only the first question? Is the second one is wrong?

Hi
No, Nadeshda, the second question is not wrong.
However, the question that you asked should read:
"Is the second one wrong?"
You should not use the word "is," before the adjective in this question. In English when we make a statement such as "the question is wrong," the word 'is,' appears before the adjective. But when we ask a question, the "is," moves from its position in front of the adjective to a new position at the front of the question:
So "The question is wrong."
But "Is the question wrong?"
