A conference call is more a meeting than an appointment. In french we use "conférence téléphonique", but the frenglish term "une conf-call" is also widely used. If you have a phone interview, you can say "un entretien par téléphone". You can also say "entretien téléphonique" but this term is more neutral, it could just mean you had a phone call. Yet since you use "entretien", it still implies something serious (could be a business call, a phone reservation, but not necessarily an interview). If you have planned to phone someone back at a given time, no specific term comes to my mind, I would just say "je dois le rappeler vers 20h" for instance. Or if someone should call you back "j'attends un appel important vers 17h". Etc... If you scheduled a face to face appointment by the mean of the phone then it is "nous nous sommes donnés rendez-vous par téléphone". If you schedule a phone appointment with someone else at 2pm : "on s'appelle vers 2h".

J'utilise dans le cadre du travail le mot "call", je dis "j'ai un call à 15h" mais c'est plutôt pour skype. On peut dire j'ai un entretien téléphonique mais ce n'est pas très utilisé, on dira plutôt "on doit s'appeler à 15h" (sous entendu par téléphone). Si tu utilises le mot rendez vous il faut que tu rajoutes le mot téléphone: J'ai un rendez-vous par téléphone à 15h.
