Okinawa is located in the southernmost prefecture of Japan and is about a two and a half hour flight from Tokyo. When you get there it's like you have entered another country. For example, Ishigaki Island is famous for its house, which has a red tile roof and is surrounded by handmade stone walls. Traditional life still remains. Another thing that's very different about Okinawa is the dialect. Even though I am also Japanese, I can't understand what people are saying. I definitely recommend experiencing "minshuku" which is a short term home-stay where guests temporarily stay with a family that resides in another prefecture, primarily for the purpose of experiencing a bit of the lifestyle in a specific area. You can get to know people you are staying with, and enjoy the local food.
Hi yummy,
This is the correct version. Very good writing with just a few changes to make it perfect, mostly regarding the correct verbs, spelling, and the right vocabulary. Well done! I hope this helps!
