As the person above said: 성향자 = 성애자
"Are you gay?" would be the correct translation.

성향자 = 성애자
a person who has an abnormal sexual orientation.
세요 means "Are you?"
성향자세요? means "Are you a person who has an abnormal sexual orientation?"

so i don't know either if there is no context.
성향 means tendency, inclination, disposition,
it might be 'are you homosexual?' but i don't know exact meaning of that.
